NUCCA has been appointed by InterfaceFlor as the Interface FLOR Accredited Maintenance Network for Australia. It is intended that the services of NUCCA members will be utilised all over the country as the preferred suppliers of warranty and cleaning for InterfaceFLOR. The appointment opens up valuable opportunities for NUCCA members and is a win-win for InterfaceFlor, the consumer and NUCCA members. The agreement is currently being finalised, but it will involve training as well as a promotion of their 1800 number. It is envisaged that things will begin to happen sooner than later.NUCCA's Victorian President, Michael Paydon, will be the first point of call from a NUCCA point of view and once we have set up a system which will meet the needs of our customer you will be further advised. According to the National President, David Jones, 'This is a most significant appointment for our Association and I am confident that the relationship we have developed will not only be rewarding but will also be long term.' |
